Plant Morphology

Short, sturdy plants with strong lateral branching and high yields. Kush-like morphology. Incredibly dense flowers, thick stigmas, and spherical bud-shape. Moderate foliage requires some pruning to promote good air flow and inner bud development. Tight internodal spacing with great stacking. Nuclear True Blood #10 stayed very short and compact, and developed forearm sized colas. The amount of bud produced in such a small space is impressive. These crazy-dense buds  with slight burgundy hues sparkle from the trichomes.

Terpenes

A complex but very satisfying caustic combo of: Pine/Citrus/; Skunk/Mothball/Gas; Lilac/Floral. So gassy, but also bright, floral, and savory. Pinene dominant, followed by myrcene, limonene, and caryophyllene.

Effect

A heavy hitter that comes on strong, Nuclear True Blood is both a motivating and goofy daytime high. The sedating effects from the Milk Truck genetics can still come through with late night overindulgence, but the sativa influence of the Durban Pie and Maui True Blood really shine through.

Our crew would describe the Nuclear True Blood in any of the following ways: The most kushy, indica-looking sativa we’ve ever seen; the dark horse of 2025; a visual feast for symmetry-loving stoners; and finally, bursting with the type of potential that makes us feel inspired when we step into the grow room.

The Nuclear True Blood is a cross between our own Nuclear Forest (Milk Truck x [Durban Poison x Chocolate Pie]) and Sticky Finger’s iconic Maui True Blood. It is a very short, squat plant, and at first glance, you might mistake that for a lack of vigor like we did, but it is not. It’s actually incredibly healthy and vigorous, and for all that it lacks in height, it makes up for in yield and quality. The Nuclear True Blood creates the densest flower of any genetics in our catalog, and that flower is bursting with incredible smells. Its terpene profile truly wowed us. They were gassy, bright, and floral, with noticeable pine and citrus coming through from the ever-dominant Durban Poison in their lineage.

Morphologically, they are as kush-inspired as a Sativa could possibly be. They are short, squat, and sturdy with great lateral branching and hyper-dense, spherical, golf ball shaped buds. Foliage is deep green and full of life, and despite the large fan leaves, light penetration and air flow is plentiful, and calyx-to-leaf ratio is very.

Buds developed exceptionally, even deep into the plants. They glistened with trichomes and stood out among their peers in the grow room. Late into flower, the deep greens faded to beautiful burgandies. Stigmas were short and gave the flowers the unique appearance of a buzz cut. The dried flower had tremendous bag appeal and ground up very crumbly; we think this strain will be great for hash-makers.
